Terms of Service

1. Agreement

By accessing or using the services of Actum Sumere Agency (Actum Sumere Agency) ("we", "us", "our"), including the main website at https://app.actumsumereagency.com and the Google Ads management dashboard at app.actumsumereagency.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Services Provided

Actum Sumere Agency provides digital brand consulting and Google Ads campaign management services. Our internal dashboard uses the official Google Ads API to manage campaigns on behalf of clients who have granted explicit OAuth consent.

3. Client Responsibilities

• You must own or have lawful authority to manage the Google Ads accounts you connect to our service.
• You must provide accurate information when engaging our services.
• You are responsible for any content in your Google Ads campaigns.
• You must comply with Google Ads policies at all times.

4. Authorised Use

Our dashboard is accessible only to authorised Actum Sumere Agency employees and designated client representatives. Unauthorised access is strictly prohibited. We use your OAuth credentials solely for the campaign management services described in our engagement agreement.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, branding and software comprising this website and dashboard are owned by Actum Sumere Agency or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute or create derivative works without prior written consent.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Actum Sumere Agency shall not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from use of the service or from Google Ads campaign performance outcomes. Our liability is limited to the fees paid by you in the month in which the claim arose.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate the engagement with 30 days' written notice. Upon termination, we will delete your stored OAuth credentials within 7 business days. You may also revoke access immediately at myaccount.google.com/permissions.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Miami-Dade County, Florida.
