2. Data We Collect

Your Google account email address and display name (from Google's OpenID Connect userinfo endpoint).
An OAuth 2.0 refresh token issued by Google for the adwords scope.
Google Ads customer IDs accessible to your account (via CustomerService.ListAccessibleCustomers).
Campaign performance metrics (impressions, clicks, cost, conversions) pulled on your behalf for reporting purposes.

3. How We Use Your Data

To authenticate you and identify your Google Ads accounts.
To display campaign metrics inside our internal dashboard.
To execute campaign management actions (pause, enable, budget edits) on your behalf.
To invite or remove agency team members on your Google Ads accounts at your request.

We do not use your data for advertising, profiling, resale, or any purpose beyond the campaign management services described above. Our use of Google API data complies with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

4. Data Storage & Security

Refresh tokens are encrypted at rest using Fernet (AES-128 CBC + HMAC-SHA256) before being stored in our database. The application runs on a private VPS accessible only to authorised Actum Sumere Agency employees. We use HTTPS for all data in transit.

5. Data Sharing

We do not sell, share, or transfer your personal data or Google Ads data to any third party, except as required by law or to operate the service (e.g., our hosting provider who has no access to application data).

6. Data Retention

We retain your account data for as long as you are an active client of Actum Sumere Agency. You may request deletion at any time by emailing admin@actumsumereagency.com.

7. Your Rights

Revoke access: Visit myaccount.google.com/permissions to revoke our app's access at any time.
Data deletion: Email us at admin@actumsumereagency.com to request full deletion.
Data portability: Request a copy of your stored data by emailing us.

8. Cookies

We use a single session cookie to keep you logged in to the admin dashboard. No tracking or advertising cookies are used.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy periodically. Material changes will be communicated via email to registered users. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
