How We Use Your Google Data
This page explains exactly which Google OAuth scopes Actum Sumere Agency requests, why we need them, and how the resulting access is used. We follow the principle of least privilege — we request only the scopes strictly required to deliver our campaign management service.

Why We Need the Adwords Scope
The /auth/adwords scope
is the only Google-issued scope that grants access to the Google Ads API. We
use it exclusively for the following operations:
List Accessible Accounts
CustomerService.ListAccessibleCustomers
— discover which Google Ads accounts you can manage, shown in the dashboard.
Campaign Reporting
GoogleAdsService.SearchStream
— pull impressions, clicks, cost, conversions and other metrics for weekly client reports.
Campaign Management
CampaignService.MutateCampaigns
— pause or enable campaigns on your behalf, and adjust daily budgets.
User Access Management
CustomerUserAccessInvitationService /
CustomerUserAccessService
— invite or remove Actum Sumere Agency team members on managed accounts at client request.
What We Do NOT Do
- We do not access Gmail, Drive, Calendar or any other Google service.
- We do not sell, share or transfer your data to third parties.
- We do not use your data to build advertising profiles.
- We do not retain data after your engagement ends (deleted within 7 days).
Limited Use Disclosure
Actum Sumere Agency's use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Specifically, we use Google user data only to provide campaign management services directly to the user who granted access, and for no other purpose.
Revoking Access
You can revoke Actum Sumere Agency's access to your Google account at any time by visiting myaccount.google.com/permissions and removing our app. For data deletion requests, email admin@actumsumereagency.com.
